MBSE Facilitation​

The MBSE Facilitation is divided in three main phases which can be utilised independently of one another:​

  1. We analyze the best-example MBSE frame including comprehensive analysis result by using the external viewpoint within ~ 6 weeks due to INVENSITY’s both theoretical and practical experience​
  2. We generate a complete pre-developed system architecture (processes and meta-model) to be able to initiate a straightforward start for implementation within ~ 5 months​
  3. The mixed INVENSITY team takes on entire roles and work packages while collaborating across the teams for developing a complete and consistent model-based system architecture – usually 18 months until the client team is able to work on its own​.
