The Challenge
- A safety verification and validation plan, including all activities regarding the life phases from the concept phase to the decommissioning of a product, shall be established.
The Approach
- Workshops with development team and other stakeholders to capture the current status and necessary safety activities and to define next steps
- Execution of coordination meetings for safety case management and collection of proof documents (test reports, certificates, etc.)
- Transfer of the evidence into a lifecycle management tool and creation of the release document (V&V plan)

- Preparation of safety related documentation for type approval
- Transfer of all gathered information into an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and development of an appropriate document structure. This template can be used for future projects
