  • Interviews with different stakeholder groups to derive requirements for reshaping​
  • Proposals for new organizational and workflow cut​
  • Design and coordination of regular communication events (e.g. townhall / online / retro) for different stakeholder groups (steering board / manager / team leads / all involved employees)​
  • Creation of transfer list and handover to work council & HR​
  • Definition of skill and competence profiles for new roles incl. training recommendation
