The Approach
- Definition of a reshaping process incl. KPI´s for success
- Steering of all global reshaping activities with multiple local management and work council teams
- Vision and goal definition to engage employees to support the change
- Interviews with different stakeholder groups to derive requirements for reshaping
- Proposals for new organizational and workflow cut
- Design and coordination of regular communication events (e.g. townhall / online / retro) for different stakeholder groups (steering board / manager / team leads / all involved employees)
- Creation of transfer list and handover to work council & HR
- Definition of skill and competence profiles for new roles incl. training recommendation
Result & Added Value
- New department structure in place for approx. 300 employees incl. all organizational charts
- Onboarding meetings in four countries
