The Challenge
- The client’s development department consists of a total of 8 product groups/departments. Within these, there is insufficient structured process and less systematization in development. There are diffuse expectations of R&D across the organization, which is underlined by the use of various tools and storage systems. This results in a lack of transparency within the development projects.
The Approach
- Implementation of an agile transformation based on the INVENSITY EnAgile process to achieve structural and cultural change
- Consulting by INVENSITY in combination with operational support from agile coaches
- Introduction of Jira as a tool to standardize the work environment
- Improvement of communication through the introduction of standardized events
- Workshops and coaching to bring agile values and agile thinking into the teams and establish a constructive failure culture
