- OEMs still send them ten-thousands of requirements for the projects.
- Traceability according to ASPICE has to be proven for all client requirements.
The Approach
- Form change-coalition
- Perform interviews with different roles in internal as well as OEM projects (~30 interviews) to derive strengths and potential concerning MBSE
- Perform expert interviews in the industry to derive the theoretical maximum implementation and state-of-the-art in the industry (focus: dynamical system views)
- Derive recommendations for strategy
- Present the status to high-level management
