The Challenge

  • The client wants to have a gamification application to develop their employees
  • Employees shall see their personal development in the company
  • Employees shall plan their own career depending on roles and career levels

The Approach

  • Using MVP approach to create a first prototype in a very fast way
  • Creation of an HMI prototype with Adobe XD to have early feedback about user experience
  • Implement web application based on React in the frontend
  • Develop backend API with Spring.io and PostgreSQL as database

  • Running mockup created with Adobe XD within final HMI concept
