  • Interview all the necessary stakeholders of the requirements exchange process to identify their actual needs.
  • Evaluation of interview results and choosing the best solution for existing tools to fulfill the identified needs.
  • Rollout the new tool and coach the stakeholder how the new tool supports and simplifies their work.

Result & Added Value

  • DOORS NG was identified as the best solution and the client ordered the needed amount of licenses.
  • The local IT was supported with the installation and setup of DOORS NG.
  • A guideline for visualization of the identified requirements exchange process and the implementation of it in DOORS NG was created.
  • The involved stakeholders were coached based on the created guideline to start their work within DOORS NG.
  • Further telephone support was given to help with upcoming challenges during the daily business with the new tool.
