The Approach
- Setup Process Transformation Roadmap for ASPICE Program & identify
- Perform GAP-Analysis and incorporate ASPICE assessment results
- Create project specific templates and processes taking into account already created templates and processes
- Involve the team with marketing activities
- Train and coach the project team / technical experts with regard to ASPICE and processes and templates
- Anchor / Institutionalize the processes in the organization by creating process owners and multipliers

- Aware employees know why the change is needed and how they support the change
- Process-landscape with processes, templates and trainings provided in Confluence
- Level 1 Assessment after 1.5 years
- Level 2 assessment before SOP
- Critical gaps have been closed in first step
