  • Perform GAP-Analysis and incorporate ASPICE assessment results
  • Create project specific templates and processes taking into account already created templates and processes
  • Involve the team with marketing activities
  • Train and coach the project team / technical experts with regard to ASPICE and processes and templates
  • Anchor / Institutionalize the processes in the organization by creating process owners and multipliers
