Result & Added Value
- Whistleblowers provide information to ombudsperson in the form of text and files. Via the developed whistleblower tool
- Ombudsperson processes these cases and has the option of communicating with the whistleblowers in encrypted form during processing
- The system supports ombudsperson in meeting deadlines and legal regulations by providing notices
- Availability and optimal performance was achieved by using docker containers and a Kubernetes cluster
