Mental health in general is a sensible yet fundamental topic to be addressed. Being active in a racing team means experiencing pressure constantly. With the intention to break down the barriers of silence and stigma we want to promote a positive handling of mental health by creating an open and honest dialogue.

Workshops
Workshop I: Engineering presentation skills
Presenting the race car that you developed throughout the whole year is an important and exciting part of the Formula Student events. In this workshop we will provide you with theoretical and practical know-how on how to organize documentation and excel your presentation skills. Afterwards you will work in teams and participate on a simulation. A jury of experienced engineers will deliver feedback on your performance.
Workshop II: Project planning and sponsorship from the company's point of view
Sponsorship acquisition can be challenging. From the first contact with a lead up to building a strong relationship with them, every step is essential. In this workshop we will go through all the little steps and share the companys perspective on the topic of sponsoring with you. Again you will work in mixed teams and present your results in a simulation. Our colleagues from the business development department and racing team alumni will evaluate your performance.
