Service Design

Designing services for your (technical) product

Continuous revenue models instead of one-off sales are what we design with you. Together, we create client-targeted services for your portfolio. Instead of creating colorful presentations without considering your existing business, we make this complementary business around your current products. In doing so, we think from the client’s point of view. Because we know – only where there is a real added value for the clients, they will pay for it.

Service Offer

From the potential analysis …

Where is it worth tackling? There is almost always more than one idea or possibility. In a potential analysis, we precisely analyze your product and your competencies as a company and compare them with market opportunities and needs. The result is a prioritized list of possible services that could usefully complement your product and be purchased by the client, for example, via a subscription model.

…for the implementation of your service.

The services we design do not end with presentations. If necessary, we work with you on the product technology. This is our strength and what differentiates us from conventional design agencies. A product often lacks individual functions or accessibility (e.g., data) to realize the new attractive business model. As a system house with development competence, we immediately anticipate this step. There is no need for the painstaking process of getting engineers to translate ideas into technical requirements. If you wish, we will even develop the missing features.
