Social Responsibility

We are aware of our responsibility towards society and want to contribute positively to its development. Therefore, since its foundation in 2007 INVENSITY has already supported numerous social projects with a regional focus.

Kindergarten Contest

In 2010 we launched the Kindergarten Contest with the aim of promoting commitment and innovative ideas of childcare facilities. We are currently offering a prize money of 5,000 euros for all locations in total.

Implementation of quality management in the departments and services of INVENSITY

It is ensured that activities relevant to quality and safety are planned, controlled and monitored throughout. The heads of the individual departments meet regularly and report on activities in their areas.

A further core element of the QM system is continuous improvement, which is ensured in particular by the experience of the employees in the projects, who contribute their experience to knowledge management and training.

Knowledge Management, Lessons Learned & Best Practices

INVENSITY has developed its own system to systematize the experience and knowledge of employees. With the knowledge database “Hivescout”, all employees have direct access to all projects, trainings, topics and in-depth information ever created and created. It also contains systematically evaluated lessons learned, from which best practices for follow-up projects are generated.

A particularly important point is the internal training of our employees. The INVENSITY Academy ensures the development and dissemination of knowledge and required qualifications. According to an individual training plan, our employees receive the training that is tailored to their needs. These are constantly evaluated and improved with regard to their quality and accuracy of fit.
