Focus of the INVENSITY quality management

Every single employee contributes to the assurance of the INVENSITY quality standards through his or her personal performance. That is why the employee is the focus of all quality management activities at INVENSITY. They are involved in the continuous development of their personality and skills as well as in the shaping of the company and can thus actively participate in shaping it.

It is ensured that activities relevant to quality and safety are planned, controlled and monitored throughout. The heads of the individual departments meet regularly and report on activities in their areas.

A further core element of the QM system is continuous improvement, which is ensured in particular by the experience of the employees in the projects, who contribute their experience to knowledge management and training.

Knowledge Management, Lessons Learned & Best Practices

INVENSITY has developed its own system to systematize the experience and knowledge of employees. With the knowledge database “Hivescout” all employees have direct access to all projects, trainings, topics and more detailed information ever created and created. It also contains systematically evaluated lessons learned, from which best practices for follow-up projects are generated.

A particularly important point is the internal training and further education of our employees. The INVENSITY Academy ensures the development and dissemination of knowledge and required qualifications. According to an individual training plan, our employees receive the training that is tailored to their needs. These are constantly evaluated and improved with regard to their quality and accuracy of fit.

Our customers set the standard for quality. Therefore their judgement of the quality provided is decisive. We measure the satisfaction of our customers with our services in a variety of ways. Through a continuous improvement process, the quality of the services provided is to be permanently increased through the commitment of all employees at all levels.
