What can you expect as Sales Manager?

  • Work as a Sales Specialist and build up your customer base in the world of technology companies through B2B-acquisition by phone, social networks, trade fairs, etc.

Your profile as Sales Manager

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, similar courses of study or comparable professional training
  • Initial professional experience in sales, sales development, business development, key account management or acquisition as well as a basic technical understanding
  • Enthusiasm for the "green field", where you can build up new business areas and take on responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Business fluent German and fluent English skills
  • Willingness to travel for projects

  • Must be goal oriented, proactive, and self-motivated

  7. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads to further advance the sales process.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and suggest improvements to optimize results.

Your profile

  • A university degree  is mandatory either in business with technical background or industrial engineering with sales experience
  • Experience in a Sales role (0.5 - 2 years), ideally outbound sales in a tech business with hands-on skills in technology and familiarity with IT and software solutions.
  • Spanish market knowledge ( Catalonia and rest of Spain)
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies, openness to learning, and willingness to explore new topics.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is a must. German language proficiency is a plus.
  • Enjoy acquiring new customers, networking, and understanding customer value chain concepts. 
  • Demonstrate good management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for projects, align with organizational values, and exhibit strong technical selling skills.
