The application process at INVENSITY
Our application process usually involves four interviews, or three interviews and a questionnaire at our locations in Spain and the Philippines.
This means we take the time to get to know each other, interact with each other, understand each other’s expectations and exchange feedback.

You are not yet sure in which direction you would like to develop professionally? No problem. Flexibility is very important in consulting, and in our application process we will work with you to find out which areas and projects suit you best.
We usually need three working days to process your application documents and send you initial feedback.
Do we have things in common?
Your application has convinced us and we would like to get to know you.
The first interview usually takes place by phone with our Human Relations Department and forms the basis for the further application process. You will get to know the structure of INVENSITY and our positioning. And in return, we are curious about your motivation and the question: Why are you enthusiastic about a role at INVENSITY?
Within a week, you will receive feedback on the next step in the joint application process.
Duration: about 30-45 minutes
What can your future look like at INVENSITY?
The first interview was successful and we are eager to take the next steps with you.
In the second interview you will get to know us in detail. Together with a member of the INVENSITY Business Development team, you will discuss potential job opportunities and projects. Mutual expectations will be clarified and your questions answered in detail. Typically, at this point we talk about existing interests, the desired flexibility, possible perspectives and – if appropriate – already about concrete details.
We are looking for talented people who want to help shape innovations in the technology environment and are willing to break new ground and go the “extra mile”. We expect you to be flexible on three levels – spatially, temporally and thematically – and offer you a steep learning curve, a high degree of freedom and the opportunity to quickly take on responsibility and leadership tasks.
Duration: about 60 minutes
How do you find solutions in unfamiliar situations?
Depending on the department, you will meet experienced colleagues in the third interview and have the opportunity to ask live and direct questions about everyday life and projects at INVENSITY. This usually takes place directly after the second interview.
It is a professional exchange in which you work on a case study with one of our experts from consulting or administration and discuss it professionally. Together, you will find a solution to a complex challenge and gain an initial insight into the day-to-day work of a consultant.
Within a week we will give you feedback on the further course of the application process.

Ready for the next level?
The fourth and final interview in the INVENSITY application process represents the conclusion of the decision-making process on both sides.
The interview with a member of senior management deals with specific career prospects and clarifies any remaining questions. This provides both sides with all the necessary information to be able to make a decision and decide on the further course of action in a binding manner.

Our onboarding days usually take place at the beginning of each month at our headquarters in Wiesbaden. We provide you with all the necessary information and basics to build a comprehensive network at INVENSITY from day one.
In a group with other new starters, you will get to know experienced colleagues from all areas of INVENSITY over the course of several days. You will receive an explanation of our internal processes as well as your first Academy training. At the end of the onboarding phase, you’ll be in your future office and get started right away with your first work packages.
