Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively lay the foundation for long-term growth and help position INVENSITY as a trusted engineering and technology consultancy in Scandinavia. What can you expect?

  • Take responsibility for developing and optimization of complex embedded software solutions and software architectures 
  • Develop highly hardware-related embedded software, including low-level programming close to the processor and microcontroller level
  • Use your experience in safety-critical and regulated environments such as Automotive, MedTech, Aerospace, Defense, or similar industries to contribute to demanding development projects
  • Contribute throughout the entire development cycle – from requirements analysis and software design to implementation, integration, verification and testing
  • Drive quality assurance and process improvement throughout the software lifecycle
  • Act as an experienced contributor within interdisciplinary project teams and support the successful delivery of complex development projects across all phases
  • Share and expand your expertise through workshops, coaching sessions, and professional exchange within your department

Your profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Around five years of professional experience in developing and programming embedded systems as well as independently implementing technical requirements
  • Strong programming skills in C and solid experience with Python, ideally for scripting, test automation, or tooling
  • Good understanding of microcontroller architectures, embedded software design, and hardware-near development
    Experience in regulated industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, MedTech, or Defense is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel for national client project within Sweden 
  • Business-fluent Swedish and fluent English language skills
