Consulting
Technology consulting is INVENSITY’s core business. Here we act both as accompanying consultants and as an opterative engineering partner. Our Centers of Excellence are an expression of our expertise: they organize our knowledge carriers around our core competencies and those topics to which we attach particular importance.
Innovation

In the INVENSITY Technology Hub, we work together with universities and research institutions on the technologies of tomorrow.
Academy
The INVENSITY Academy is an expression of our self-image as an employer who always focuses on the personal and professional development of its employees. Our Competencies
As a member of our team, you abstract and share your knowledge from software projects. At the same time, you develop consulting projects with the team and take responsibility for leading, training and supervising team members.
As part of the team, you create and implement governance models. You assess risks for our customers’ products, derive appropriate measures and support implementation. In workshops you empower the development teams of our customers.
You will visualize and analyze data and figure out how machine learning techniques can be used in a commercially viable way. You will help to implement analysis methods for data mining applications in Python and develop demonstrable prototypes for your AI project.
As part of our team, you will find custom solutions while getting to grips with the following technologies and programming languages: AWS, Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab (CI, CD), Restful APIs, Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL.
With us, you will develop algorithms and software architecture for specific and complex problems with our customers and implement them up to the commissioning at our customer’s site. Furthermore, you will develop mathematical-physical simulations.
Depending on your background and preferences, you will, for example, analyze and contextualize system manufacturing requirements for semiconductors, photonics, or optics, or understand and optimize complex physical algorithms and routines, or develop SW and modular SW architectures.
Among other things, you will create requirement profiles or system designs for our customers and, if necessary, ensure that these are correct by means of test specifications. Various experiences in these areas will also enable you to design the development processes of our customers more efficiently.
As a member of our team, you will share the experiences from your safety projects with your colleagues and find answers to your questions. You will write guidelines, process descriptions, video tutorials and newsletter articles about it.
In our team you will get to know classic and approaches and tools for agile project management. You will actively contribute to the further development of our consulting methods & trainings and work and support in our customer projects.
Your responsibilities range from conducting process and situation analyses in workshops and interviews to the detailed development of concepts and the implementation of processes with accompanying coaching of the customer teams.
As a member of our team, you will perform market and competitive analysis for technology-driven industries and support in the area of commercial and technical due diligence as well as strategy definition (value creation, target screening).
