Faculty Technology
New technologies and innovations are a big part of INVENSITY. In the Faculty Technology, the focus is on passing on technical knowledge and skills. This includes training in specific development tools from engineering and legal norms and standards in particular fields of application.
This knowledge is fed by the expertise of the Centers of Excellence and the ITH and is focused and empowered in areas such as Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Safety & Security and Innovation & New Technologies.

Academy Trainer
Benefit from our experienced trainers! Over many years, our trainers have proven themselves to be experts in their field. Their expertise and experience constantly grow with each project and cross-industry activity. Through our Centers of Competence and the INVENSITY Innovation Center, the structure and expertise of our trainers are formed. They jointly develop professional training and constantly expand them in cooperation with the Academy. New approaches are discussed, evaluated, integrated, and incorporated into – perhaps already existing – trainings.
We permanently deal with studies, papers, and articles and always use this input to be well informed about new technological trends, innovations, and inventions.
All our trainings are tailored to the specific needs of the technology and IT industry. They are implemented through various formats depending on the number of participants, interaction level, and learning objective. In particular, our trainers focus on the forms: Training, Workshop, and Coaching, but the core elements are always variable and individually tailored to the participants.
