Munich, February 12, 2026 – The technology and management consultancy INVENSITY GmbH supported THI Investments, in its acquisition of a majority stake in LOGICHECK by conducting Technical & Product Due Diligence. THI Investments is partnering with LOGICHECK’s founders and management team, who are retaining a significant minority stake and will support the business through its next stage of growth.

Founded in 2013, LOGICHECK has built a market-leading position in complex, non-standard motor-related claims verification, supporting insurers with deep domain expertise, a proprietary data foundation, and SaaS-enabled verification workflows. Today, LOGICHECK serves most German insurers, acting as a trusted, mission-critical partner in claims categories where outsourcing is structurally attractive.

INVENSITY’s Technical & Product Due Diligence focused on evaluating LOGICHECK’s product, software, and technology. The advisory scope included:
