Wiesbaden, February 17, 2025 – The technology and management consultancy INVENSITY GmbH advised COHEMI Group GmbH on further expansion through the acquisition of IT and management consultancy NOVEDAS, providing a commercial assessment of NOVEDAS’s customer portfolio, as well as market positioning, and development potential.

The aim of COHEMI Group is to create added value for its customers by combining successful, complementary consulting services. NOVEDAS adds its multi decade experience in areas of IT project management, agile methods, and IT architecture to COHEMI Group services to the combined customers.

Target customers of the COHEMI Group are medium-sized companies and large corporations needing professional project implementation throughout the DACH region. Potential customers also include companies needing IT architecture, process, and organizational optimization, particularly in the chemical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, packaging, IT service, retail, energy supply, public administration, and raw materials sectors.
