INVENSITY advises bmp Ventures and Zobel Values on investment in cleantech company Saperatec

The technology and management consultancy INVENSITY advised bmp Ventures AG with its IBG venture capital funds and Zobel Values AG on their investment in the clean technology company Saperatec GmbH, analyzing in particular the technology and the market environment.

Saperatec GmbH has developed and patented a unique technology to achieve an almost 100 percent recycling rate of composite materials. With this high recycling rate Saperatec enables a sustainable raw material management and an economic operation for the users. The technology is based on the use of special chemical mixtures that separate composite materials in the right plant technology.

bmp is one of the most experienced venture capital investors in Germany with a background of more than 250 investments in almost all technology segments, the majority of which are early stage. Currently, bmp manages the IBG funds in Saxony-Anhalt and the early-stage fund Brandenburg.
