Respect means showing everyone by my actions that I appreciate their worth, regardless of their career status, their experience or performance and ensuring that my actions are always informed by the principles of care, being interested and wanting to be involved.

Trust means that I express my confidence in INVENSITY employees and colleagues when dealing with customers and that I gain credibility through my own actions which are based on integrity and honest intentions. For us, trust is the basis of all cooperation. It grows with time and with shared experience.

Fairness means treating INVENSITY employees and clients in a fair, decent and honest manner while taking into consideration their individual abilities and situation, as well as observing the rules that have been put in place.

Responsibility means standing by the consequences of your own actions at INVENSITY and standing by clients, and actively doing all you can to ensure that tasks that fall under your area of responsibility are fulfilled completely.

Commitment means taking on tasks and responsibilities with energy and enthusiasm as well as being actively involved in achieving both your own objectives and those of INVENSITY.
