Could you imagine driving a car without knowing that the brakes were developed according to the highest safety standards? How can a manufacturer of medical equipment ensure that its products at no point harm patients? How can new systems be safely integrated into an aircraft without negatively influencing the old systems? Today, we are surrounded by complex technologies in almost every aspect of our lives. In fact, it is not uncommon for people’s safety to depend on them.
Many modern technologies were developed to make our lives easier and more pleasant, and in many cases even to save our lives. With increasing demands on such systems, their complexity is also rising with each further development, making increased expenses to ensure functionality unavoidable. The solution to this is clarification, training courses and the use of more efficient and more standardized safety management methods.
