The INVENSITY trainee program is aimed at university graduates who have had little opportunity to gather professional experience during their rather more theory-based studies (in engineering or natural sciences).

Our trainee consultants obtain sound insights into INVENSITY’s structures, processes and current projects, all the while also receiving active support from their personal trainee mentor. This experienced consultant remains the direct point of contact for three to six months of the trainee program and supervises the trainee consultant at three levels:

In order to ensure successful agreement and supervision, weekly meetings are held (in person or by telephone) between trainee consultant and trainee mentor – once every month the responsible manager is also involved.

In addition to project work and participation in various client meetings, we also place great importance on graduates’ qualifications. In this way, our trainee consultants take part in important basic training, such as presentation/communication skills or “how to be a consultant”, as early as in their introductory period at INVENSITY.

This is to ensure social skills and professional competences are developed and the trainee consultant is optimally prepared for his or her professional future.
