Together with our clients, we also look forward and set ourselves clear achievement targets. At the start of a project and during the project, we assess customer satisfaction, using both formal and informal methods. Overall, we place great importance on precisely understanding our clients’ requirements, committing ourselves to the expected results and performance measures and make every effort to manage each project in a targeted manner.
