Learn more about the collection and management of requirements

Requirements Management

The continuous traceability of requirements enables complete documentation with regard to requirements already having been implemented in the product and, what’s more, have been implemented correctly.

Alongside the actual method for compiling the requirements, you are also assisted by INVENSITY in the development of a holistic concept to manage requirements and to create transparency and traceability.
Thanks to its consultants’ many years of experience in requirements management, INVENSITY can evaluate existing standards, highlight potential for improvement and assist in the implementation of (partially) automated solutions based on existing tools

Problem and Change Management

Constantly increasing product qualities demand that more complex requirements need to be fulfilled. However, the more complex the system, the higher is the probability that problems will occur during the development phase.

Changes to complex systems must also be incorporated and controlled on several levels/department in the development model. It is necessary to put in place a strategy at an early stage to handle problems and modification requests, in order to react to these and monitor these until they are resolved. Problem and change management of this kind also coordinates the necessary resources so that development is not hampered.

Problem- und Änderungsmanagement

INVENSITY offers a wide range of solutions here, including complete take-over of the role of problem and change manager or to providing purely advisory support for the staff and the existing problem manager. Our experience in documenting the approach and the evaluation and introduction of necessary tool support round off the whole package.

Configuration Management

Products are becoming more complex due to an increase in interdisciplinary challenges. What’s more, documentation for a system, from the initial idea through to the finished product, must be understandable and traceable, generally due to long product life cycles and regulatory specifications, among other things.

The structured storage and management of all project-relevant files (documents, drawings, source codes, e-mails, etc.) is necessary for successful project completion and the maintenance of the product, even beyond the development phase.

The configuration manager monitors the complete development of the project with the help of suitable tools.

Quality Assurance

Clients’ expectations with regard to a product, and therefore also their quality perceptions, are constantly changing, with clients becoming ever more discerning. Correspondingly, companies must take steps to actively safeguard quality and be aware of customer expectations in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality assurance can help companies to meet these challenges and thus deliver high-quality products. Quality assurance provides staff and managers with an objective insight into working processes and their corresponding outputs.

Qualitätssicherung

Alongside operational activities, quality planning plays a significant role as well.

Qualitätsplanung

INVENSITY offers a wide range of solutions here, from complete take-over of quality assurance for a product through to providing purely advisory support for the existing (or developing) quality management.
