Christian Friedrich (Senior Consultant)
Christian Friedrich graduated in Electrical Engineering at Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Germany, field of specialism Automation Engineering and Microsystems Technology. Running concurrently, he also gained an MSc in Control Engineering at Coventry University, United Kingdom.
He has worked in different Industries like automotive, defense and Medical for companies eg. Daimler, Ford, Jaguar / Land Rover Research, ZF Friedrichshafen, KMW, QIAGEN, where he was responsible, among other areas, for organization-wide process improvement initiatives.
Matthias Welge (Senior Consultant)
Matthias Welge obtained his Industrial Engineering qualification at the TU Darmstadt. He has specialized in implementing complex development projects in the automobile industry. What’s more, Matthias has also defined product development processes in various industries and is highly regarded as an author of professional articles in this field.
Volker Lippitz (Senior Consultant)
Volker Lippitz studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Siegen, Germany. He first worked on cross-sector projects in the department for innovative vehicle concepts at Daimler before implementing a similarly cross-sector technical market research for innovative lightweight materials at ThyssenKrupp. At ZF Sachs, he worked in multi-project management for numerous development projects. Internally, Volker Lippitz is developing the field of innovation management. His interests lie in technology transfer across sectors, in resource-saving innovation management and systematic idea generation.
Boris Peters (Senior Consultant)
Boris Peters gained his degree in Physical Technology at Münster University of Applied Sciences, Germany. During a project at Coherent Inc. (Santa Clara, USA), he developed a laser system inclusive of simulation software for laser systems of the future. He then went on to develop a test system for the automated quality control of digital cameras at Olympus SIS. At ZF Sachs, Daimler and KMW, he was responsible for the introduction and implementation of requirements, safety and test management projects. Based on his MBA degree, he is also internally involved in strategic management projects.
