INVENSITYs policy is to continously assure our customer satisfaction and it's improvements. Our benchmark are our customers.

The quality management of INVENSITY serves to safeguard the quality of services and processes. In addition to the completion of customer demands, continuous improvement is a central part of the organization's goals. Our total quality orientation, which determines thought and action of each sub-process, contributes significantly to the quality of our services. For our customers, this is an important quality characteristic in terms of our professional services.

To ensure the quality standards of INVENSITY, each employee adds his or her personal performance. That is why the employee is in focus of all management activities. These are integrated with the ongoing development of their personality and skills as well as in shaping the company.

We ensure that quality- and safety-related activities planned throughout, controlled and monitored. The heads of departments meet regularly and report on activities in their areas.

Another core element of the QM system is the continuous improvement, which is guaranteed by the experience of most people in the projects that infuse their experience in knowledge management and training.

Knowledge management, Lessons Learned & Best Practices

INVENSITY has developed its own system in order to systematize the experience and knowledge of employees. With the knowledge base "Sabio" all employees have direct access to all projects, training courses, topics and more in-depth information, which were ever built and created. Also included are systematically evaluated Lessons Learned, which are generated from best practices for future projects.

A particularly important issue is the internal training and education of our employees. The INVENSITY Academy ensures the development and spreading of knowledge and skills required. After an individual training plan our employees receive accurately the training that suits their needs. These terms of their quality and fit is always evaluated and improved.
