As a new member of staff at INVENSITY, you have many new challenges ahead of you. However, you do not need to face these alone. Each INVENSITY employee is offered support by an experienced mentor right from their first day at work.
You meet up regularly to discuss whatever is currently on your mind. In this way, topics such administrative processes, successful networking, project work methodologies are advanced just as much as the matter of your career and your professional development.
Your mentor acts as a supportive adviser who ensures that the development objectives you have agreed on are indeed achieved. Thanks to the long-term relationship with your mentor, you have a constant guideline and are thus able to secure your professional and personal development.
Trust and confidentiality are clear basic principles that characterize mentoring at INVENSITY. Accordingly, it is also possible to change a mentor and choose another mentor yourself, should this be in the interest of furthering your development. The values and visions for the mentor program are determined by the Board of Mentors at INVENSITY, which is also available to each member of staff as a direct point of contact.
