Frank Lichtenberg (Director)
Born in Berlin, Frank Lichtenberg completed his international studies with an MBA, attending the European Business School, Schloss Reichartshausen, the École Supérieure de Commerce, Dijon, France, and the University of California, Berkeley, USA.
Over the course of his career Frank Lichtenberg got to know his trade, i.e. management, consulting and technology business, from various perspectives. As a member of the management in a venture capital enterprise, he has been instrumental in the founding and development of primarily technology-oriented companies, which, in some cases, progressed to become the market leaders in their segments. He was the founding member and CEO of the famous Frankfurt-based VentureLab, which turned out to become the “hotbed” for a wave of start-ups in Germany.
He gained extensive consulting experience in a responsible position in an international technology consultancy and gained experience in the area of corporate strategy & organization in leading strategy consultancy projects.
Christopher Seinecke (Associate Director)
Born in the German city of Ingolstadt, Christopher Seinecke studied Business Administration in Lyon and Rouen, France, after graduating from high school in Geneva, Switzerland.
After his subsequent MBA in Los Angeles, USA, he transferred as a systems analyst to one of the best-known IT system houses for quality management. There, he was responsible for setting up and implementing quality-relevant processes in automobile and medical technology.
Between 2006 and 2007, Christopher worked for an international technology consultancy. He enjoyed success in diversifying the client portfolio by opening up new industry sectors and bringing forward industrial best practices.
Since the summer of 2007 he has been in charge of the diversification strategy of INVENSITY and has been leading the development of the Business Development Center of Excellence
Utz Täuber (Managing Consultant)
Born in Großenhain in Saxony, Germany, Utz Täuber studied physics in Halle an der Saale and Berlin. His studies focused on solid-state physics and quantum optics. He completed his formal qualifications at the Institute of Optics at the TU Berlin. He gained his PhD in pigment degradation in solid-state dye lasers in the physics department at the Fluminense Federal University in Niterói, Brazil.
Even as early as during his studies, he gained experience at the Berlin-based INPRO in the field of plastics testing for companies such as Daimler, ThyssenKrupp and Ticona. While working at mcm Prüfsysteme, he led numerous development projects in the field of acoustics testing and modal analysis, from the project initiation phase to the maturity phase.
As a consultant at an internationally-operating corporate consultancy, he was responsible for requirements management and test management, and for organization structures in development departments.
Utz Täuber has been the head of the INVENSITY innovation center since 2007. In this role, he coordinates the INVENSITY competence areas, manages innovation projects and is responsible for the company’s knowledge management. He has been a member of the management of INVENSITY since 2010.
