As a university graduate, you have the opportunity to start at INVENSITY as a junior consultant, the first tier in the profession. As an applicant with professional experience or a PhD with strong practical relevance, you have the chance to start working for us at a higher consultancy level. 

After you have successfully proven your seniority at consultant level, you will be prepared for your future tasks at management level. In principal, there are two different paths available to you here.

Either you concentrate on the technological aspects and later take on management tasks as a managing consultant in addition to the project work, or you devote yourself entirely to management and pursue a career in management.
