•    Presenting the results incl. recommendation

Introduction

We introduce new tools into your organization by working with you. In this context the new tools are first piloted in individual projects/departments, are adapted if necessary, and are only then rolled out throughout the organization.
Staff coaching during the introduction and roll-out phases ensures the new tools are accepted more quickly.

Adaptation

We can individually adapt any tools already introduced to meet your needs.
We can also evaluate your tool chain, identify strengths or weaknesses therein, and then optimize the tool chain accordingly.
