Some brief information about our team assistants:

Tina Wemer

Tina Wemer (Managing Assistant HR)

Tina Wemer gained her bachelor in Business Administration in the summer of 2006 from Wiesbaden University of Applied Sciences. Her studies focused on personnel management and marketing, and her bachelor thesis investigated the optimization of electronic CRM for a large furniture retailer. She was able to gain first practical experiences during an internship in the personnel department of Motorola GmbH, among others. Ms. Wemer has been working for INVENSITY as Assistant Manager since September 2007, and is responsible for HR and recruiting. Internally, she also assists the INVENSITY academy in questions of personnel development and represents the company externally at job fairs and university workshops.

Manuel Sollbach

Manuel Sollbach (Team Assistant Communication)

 

Manuel Sollbach completed his degree in media & oeconomics spring 2010 at Ilmenau University of Technology, Germany. His specialisms included corporate and personnel management, and knowledge and information management. His dissertation topic, investigated in cooperation with INVENSITY the field of knowledge management for development projects. Mr. Sollbach is responsible for communication, press and recruiting at INVENSITY. He is also very dedicated to social aspects in particular, for example in the kindergarden contest or the child engineers’ academy.


Barbara Bschorr

Barbara M. Bschorr (Team Assistant HR)

Barbara Bschorr graduated in Business Administration  at the university of applied science Rosenheim, Germany, in 2007,  with key study areas personnel management & international management (geographical specialism: South-East Asia). Ms Bschorr also had her dissertation on talent management published. She can draw on many years of professional experience in the field of personnel management in engineering, and works as HR team assistant at the Munich branch, where she is responsible for HR, recruiting and college recruiting.
