The INVENSITY academy services are a firm part of career development for our staff, enabling them to undertake comprehensive and specialized professional development training. In addition, we are also happy to offer training courses to our clients and any external interested parties, and support aspiring, talented individuals at universities through our university workshops.

With this the academy is pursuing three functions: The transfer of knowledge gives students and young professionals the opportunity to develop their skills in a targeted manner before getting started on projects. The knowledge transfer provision offers all INVENSITY employees the chance to get to grips with new topics and skills and take control of their personal professional development. By imparting knowledge, the academy gives external business partners, clients and companies the chance to capitalize on our experience and expertise by making use of our individual training courses.
