However, in our view, continuous, long-term development of our staff forms the basis for successful consultancy activities. In doing so, we always understand the acquisition of knowledge to mean the transfer of knowledge: tried-and-tested methods and innovative ideas can develop when existing information is facing new approaches to application. The academy makes this possible in two ways: by imparting knowledge and by transferring knowledge. For us, teaching the latest research findings in a practice-oriented style is just as important as providing theoretical foundations during application-based technical training courses.
