The range of courses is in particular characterized by the course managers’ many years’ practical experience coupled with teaching the latest methodologies and findings.

Being fit-for-practical purpose and the sustainability of the teaching content takes priority in the transfer of knowledge: our training courses always consist of an introductory theory section, which teaches the important basics in the relevant topic. This is then followed by practical exercises in small groups, in which content just learnt can be applied immediately. The learning effect is increased as the groups then present their solutions to the class and deepen their just-learnt knowledge in the ensuing discussions.
