The business ideals of INVENSITY form the framework for business relations with our clients, which are characterized by trust and respect. We also live by our convictions within the company, which serves to produce a holistic corporate culture.

When defining the individual building blocks, we follow a clearly defined scheme:

- The mission and vision reflect the aim of our actions. Our strategies and, ultimately, our aims, are derived from them. The overriding aims are broken down further and represent the objectives of each individual member of staff during half-yearly appraisals. In this way, each INVENSITY employee has the opportunity to make his or her own contribution to the overall company objective.

- The values ultimately form the basis of our actions. They shape how we treat each other and shape our conduct towards clients, suppliers and the general public.
